Send Files On Android For Free Using Send Anywhere

Given the plethora of media content available these days, it is hardly a surprise that our smartphones are always full of a variety of files, right from our documents to photos to the latest heart-throbbing numbers and songs. We also often feel the need to share our content with our friends, family and colleagues. It is at such times that we wish we had an application that could be used to send any thing we want for free.

Send Anywhere

Send Anywhere is one such application that makes it easy for you to share anything you like with anyone you want and that too completely free of cost. Whether you want to share a photo with your friends or that important file with your colleagues, you can reply on this application to do the job for you, without any hassles. The best part is that unlike many other applications that are available in the Android market and that claim to send files, this one supports a variety of file formats including photos, audio and video! Not only that, you can share your contacts in the address book with anyone too.

Normally when we use bluetooth, there isn’t any option to share installed applications or the folders in your device, so we are always left disappointed. However with Send anywhere, you won’t have to fret any longer! You can just select any installed app or folder of applications that you would like to share with friends and send them using this app.

Procedure for Sending Files:

1. Select the type of file you would like to send. The options include Photo, Audio, Video, Contacts, Installed Apps or Folders.

2. Wait for receiver (Options)

- Generate QR Code for scanning.

- Share a key for receiving files using SMS or messenger.

- Scan for devices waiting in around.

How to Receive Files:

Receive File (One of the following)

- Enter one-time key code.

- Scan QR code on your device.

- Make your device discoverable.

- Go to http://www.send-web.com on your computer web browser.

Since this application allows you to send a variety of files, it also requires permissions on your Android smartphone to do the same.
